Send the Board of Directors a letter explaining in detail under what criteria you qualify, how much funding you need, how you will implement your proposed program, and what your time schedule is.

Please address each item under the relevant criteria. For example, a university applying under criteria IA would have five items to discuss. Also address each of the eight requirements under IIIA.
