1. Al Frieze Fellow

e. Recognition as Al Frieze Fellow with honorary message in the Tarheel

Surveyor and on the Foundation website.

2. Visionary

a. Minimum donation: $1,000 bequest in will

3. Education Foundation Sustaining Contributor

a. Minimum donation: $100 a year continuing contribution after reaching

the $1000 contribution mark

d. Education Foundation Sustaining Contributor certificate with honorary
