LICENSE PLATE

Here is how to get the New North Carolina Land Surveyor License Plates for your Vehicle. You will also be helping create scholarships and Educational Opportunities for individuals interested in becoming the next generation of Professional Surveyors. Here is what You need to know:

WHAT IS IT? – A NCDMV issued specialty license plate that shows your pride as a Professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina. Put one on every vehicle you own! 

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST? - $25 will get you a standard issue plate.

For an ADDITIONAL $30 you can customize your plate. (Customized plate can not be numbers only but can be only letters and any combination of letters and numbers.

(These fees will be in addition to your regular plate fee of $30 +/-)

WHY IS IT A GOOD IDEA? - $15 from each plate and for every year it is renewed afterward will go directly to the North Carolina Society of Surveyors Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
